NEW YORK, Dec. 3, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hewlett Chivée Partners, a New York-based advisory firm that drives organizational change through evidence-based solutions, today announces that Carolyn Buck Luce has been appointed Acting Managing Partner of the advisory firm. Carolyn has stepped in to orchestrate a seamless transition resulting from the departure of Lauren Leader-Chivée, who is leaving to pursue other opportunities. The Board is initiating a search for a managing partner. The company's name will be changed to Hewlett Partners LLC.
Sylvia Ann Hewlett will continue as founder and senior partner of the advisory firm. She will also continue as Chairman and President of the Center for Talent Innovation (CTI).

Carolyn brings extensive experience to her new role as Acting Managing Partner. Carolyn is a member of the executive committee of CTI's board and co-founder of CTI's Task Force for Talent Innovation. She is also a partner at Imaginal Labs and was previously the Global Pharmaceutical Sector Leader at Ernst & Young LLP, where she coordinated worldwide relationships with global pharmaceutical corporations. Carolyn has served on various management and leadership committees at Ernst & Young and was the Senior Advisor to Ernst & Young's Professional Women's Network for the tri-state area.
