Yara employee share purchase program

Oslo (2013-12-11): On 10 December 2013, 773 Yara employees purchased 28 Yara shares each at NOK 211.92 per share from the Yara employee share trust. Every permanent Yara employee in Norway can take part in the annual offer to buy Yara shares to a value of NOK 7,500 with a tax-exempt discount of NOK 1,500. Following these transactions, the Yara employee share trust owns 896 Yara shares. The following Yara primary insiders purchased shares:
