Share subscription schedule 2014 under Affecto 2008C stock options
The shares subscribed with Affecto 2008C stock options after 29 November 2013 will be registered in the Trade Register and listed on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki on the following target dates:

Shares will establish shareholders rights as of the date of share registration. Affecto reserves the right to change any of the Trade Register entry dates indicated above, if necessary. Also, Affecto does not assume any liability for non-registrations occurring on any of the above-mentioned dates.
Evli Bank Plc will act as the share subscription agent.
Each stock option 2008C entitles its holder to subscribe for one (1) share in Affecto at a subscription price of EUR 2.09 by 31 May 2014. The amount of the dividend decided before share subscription will be deducted from the share subscription price as per each dividend record date.
