Today PGS holds its annual Capital Markets Day in Oslo, Norway. The event is
scheduled to start at 08:00am CET and the presentation material can be

The Company's guidance for 2014 is as follows:
-Increased capacity
-Flat pricing for sold capacity
-Slightly lower pricing assumed for unsold capacity
·MultiClient cash investments of approximately USD 350 million
-Pre-funding level of approximately 100%
·Capital expenditures in the range of USD 400-450 million
-Of which approximately USD 275-300 million to new build program
-Includes USD 75 million shifted from 2013 as Ramform Atlas will be
delivered after year-end
