Kansas City Laser Eye Surgery Practice Fills Two Senior Leadership Positions

OVERLAND PARK, KS--(Marketwired - Jan 29, 2014) - Just over a month after naming Harry Campbell the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Durrie Vision, the Kansas City LASIK and eye surgery practice has announced the appointment of two more senior leadership officials. In a statement released last week, Campbell and Dr. Daniel Durrie, the head LASIK surgeon and founder of Durrie Vision, reported that Angie Beerup will assume the role of Chief Marketing Officer, and Tammy Crane will take on the responsibilities of Chief Operating Officer. Both new officials have been promoted from within the practice.

Beerup, the former Executive Director of Sales and Marketing at Durrie Vision, will focus her continuous efforts on advancing what is already considered to be an exceptional eye care and surgical experience for patients. Additionally, she will continue to oversee all marketing and sales operations to accelerate the practice's growth.

As the former Director of Medical Operations and a member of the Durrie Vision team for over ten years, Crane brings to her new position a total of 23 years of experience in the field of ophthalmology operations.
