GulfMark Offshore Announces Quarterly Dividend on Common Stock


HOUSTON, March 7, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- GulfMark Offshore, Inc. (NYSE:GLF) ("GulfMark") announced that on March 7, 2014, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share on GulfMark Class A common stock payable on March 28, 2014, to stockholders of record on the close of business on March 18, 2014.

GulfMark provides marine transportation services to the energy industry through a fleet of offshore supply vessels serving every major offshore energy industry market in the world.
