Garcher has more than 40 years of diverse systems engineering experience in multiple weapons systems mission support. He is currently a senior systems engineer at MacB, providing SME level technical expertise to electronic combat programs and System Program Offices (SPOs). Previous to MacB, Garcher was a civilian engineer for the United States Air Force (USAF) where he provided systems and integration engineering support to various weapon systems including the F-15, F-16, F/A-22, B-1 and numerous other EW systems. He holds an Electrical Engineering degree from Cleveland State University.
