Steve Morgan has been appointed Executive Vice President and Ryan Russell has been appointed Director Quality Control.
Steve has served as Vice President Business Development of Noise Solutions since 2004, playing an instrumental role in driving business results and building the company's presence in North America. With more than 20 years of executive experience and leadership, prior to joining Noise Solutions, Steve served as District Sales Manager at Brown Shoe Company and he was owner of Statement Interior and Window Designs. In his new Executive Vice President role, Steve will be focused on the strategy and operating plans to move the company into the next phase of growth and development in North America and globally. Ryan has worked with Noise Solutions for the last 10 years, serving in the field as an Installer and Field Supervisor. He's played an instrumental role in building the company's solid reputation and ensuring client excellence in the field. In his new role, he will lead the development, coordination and implementation of the company's quality control program that will be standardized across the business and with every install across North America.
