PLS Presents Oil & Gas DEALMAKERS(TM) Prospect and Property Expo

DENVER, CO--(Marketwired - Apr 15, 2014) - PLS Inc., one of the energy industry's leading information, marketing and advisory firms, today announced that its Spring DEALMAKERS™ Expo in Denver, Colorado is taking place this Wednesday, April 16 and deal flow is ample for this prospect expo. In fact PLS already has over 80 sellers coming with over 130 different oil and gas prospects and projects to be on display. This power-packed, one-day prospect and property expo starts with breakfast at 8:00 am at the downtown Hyatt Regency at 650 15^th Street and promises to be one of the best shows of the year.

DEALMAKERS is open to oil and gas buyers, sellers and capital providers, making it the industry's purest exchange for buying and selling prospects and properties while also funding development projects. The day-long prospect expo also provides ample opportunity for the oil, gas and financial communities to network with a pre-expo Happy Hour sponsored by BlueRock Energy Partners at 4:30 on April 15 in the foyer outside the ballroom. Sample Rockies deals include a 26,000-acre Utah prospect in Grand County targeting Paradox Basin; a multi-pay horizontal Northwest Colorado prospect in the Niobrara and Sand Wash Basin and a nonoperated project in North Dakota.

Midcontinent offerings on exhibit include a 25,000-acre North Texas leasehold targeting Pennsylvanian/Mississippian oil objectives (up to 100% WI); an 11,300-acre Kansas prospect in Trego & Ellis Counties (up to 75% operated WI); and a 50,500-acre Northwest Kansas leasehold in Decatur, Norton, Rawlins and Graham Counties with Central Kansas uplift (100% WI).

Sample deals for sale in the Permian include a 17,500-acre Pecos County Delaware Basin project in the liquids-rich Bone Spring with solid Wolfcamp prospects (100% WI); a West Texas non-participating royalty interest in Sterling & Coke counties targeting Wolfcamp, Cline and Strawn; and a West Texas shallow oil prospect in Granite Wash and King Sand (100% WI).

Exhibited Ark-La-Tex opportunities include a North Louisiana prospect targeting the Wilcox (75% WI); an East Texas prospect targeting Woodbine Smackover; and a 100,000-acre North Louisiana prospect with Monroe uplift in Morehouse and Richland parish.

Also on the market will be several West Coast opportunities including a 75,000-acre Elko County Nevada oil shale prospect in the Great Basin/Toano Draw; a 75,000-acre multi-pay opportunity in the Mississippian Diamond Peak Sands, Chainman shale & Pilot shale in Nevada (100% WI); and a 19,200-acre California package in Kern, Santa Barbara & San Luis Obispo Counties (100% WI) with a net output of 16 barrels of oil per day.
