As president of RCI, Gurnik will add strong leadership skills and a deep knowledge of RCI's functions, both domestically and internationally. He has been a champion of Christel House for many years and has been instrumental in leading a number of important initiatives that benefit Christel House kids.

As RCI president, Gurnik oversees all operations. Since 1987 he has served in multiple roles including: revenue management, creating the company's inventory valuation and exchange priority systems, club development, and product development.
