Press release from Midsona’s Annual General Meeting April 29, 2014

Dividend

In accordance with the proposal of the Board of Directors, the Annual General
Meeting resolved to pay a dividend of SEK 1 per share. Record date is May 5,
which means that the dividend is expected to be distributed by Euroclear on May
8.

Board of Directors and remuneration

Tina Andersson, Lennart Bohlin, Ola Erici, Åke Modig, Ralph Mühlrad and Johan
Wester were reelected. Åke Modig was elected as Chairman of the Board. In
accordance with the Nomination Committee’s proposal, the Meeting decided that
fees to be paid to the Chairman of the Board be SEK 400,000 (including committee
assignments), fees to be paid to each of the Board Members be SEK 200,000 and
that fees paid to those assigned to the Audit Committee (except the Chairman of
the Board) be SEK 20,000 and that fees paid to those assigned to the
Remuneration Committee be SEK 20,000 (except the Chairman of the Board).

The members of the Board and the Managing Director were discharged from personal
liability for the 2013 fiscal year.

Auditor

Deloitte AB was elected as the company’s auditor, with Per-Arne Pettersson as
auditor in charge.

Other decisions

The Annual General Meeting approved the nomination process for the Nomination
Committee as presented.
