TAMPA, Fla., May 21, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- In its advisory role for the recently-completed first acquisition made by Diversified Maintenance Systems, LLC, a national provider of quality janitorial services, CFO Alliance, Inc. managed the buy-side acquisition process from commencement to closing. This included coordination of efforts of more than 50 professionals across various internal and external teams including legal, financial, sales, investment banking, private equity, banking and insurance to conclude the deal successfully.
