CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - June 4, 2014) - The Missing Children Society of Canada is happy to report that Athabasca RCMP, working with the Calgary Police Service and Airdrie RCMP, has located missing endangered teen, Shelby Orr.
On Thursday May 29, 2014, the Athabasca RCMP worked with their law enforcement partners and the Missing Children Society of Canada to push information to the city of Calgary, asking for the public to be on the lookout for Shelby as she was to be considered extremely at-risk.
Athabasca RCMP is thanking all of their partners and the public for their assistance as they received numerous tips from the residents of Calgary and the surrounding areas. These tips helped lead to Shelby's safe recovery.
This case is just one more incredible reminder that when we all work together we can help bring missing children home.
