In connection with Wentworth Resources Limited's ("Wentworth") stock option plan, Wentworth has issued 250,000 common shares of no par value ("Common Shares"). After this transaction, the number of issued and outstanding shares of Wentworth is 154,122,700, all of which have voting rights.
Application has been made for the new Common Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to occur on or around 16 June 2014. The new Common Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Common Shares. All shares of Wentworth are validly and legally issued, fully paid for and properly registered.
