Initiation of review of strategic options
Auriga Industries has commenced a review of Auriga’s strategic options. The Board of Directors is in close dialogue with the controlling shareholder Aarhus University Research Foundation (AUFF) in this regard.
Auriga will make further announcements if and when such announcement is deemed necessary or appropriate.
