Dart Appraisal Names New Quality Assurance Manager and Southwest Account Exec

TROY, MI--(Marketwired - Jun 25, 2014) -  Dart Appraisal, a leader in innovative solutions in the appraisal management industry, today announced the addition of Timothy Laden as the first Quality Assurance Manager for the company, and David Vinson as National Account Executive for the Southwest U.S. region.

In the new Quality Assurance Manager position, Laden will be responsible for coordinating appraiser counseling, appraiser training/coaching and appraiser escalation efforts. His efforts will focus on developing relationships and improving the overall performance of Dart Appraisal's preferred appraiser panel. Laden is a certified appraiser, and brings more than 25 years of experience in the appraisal and mortgage banking industry to the job including vice presidential positions with Bank of America/Landsafe and LaSalle Bank Midwest.

With more than three decades of experience in financial services and real estate technology, as well as two seasons on the Cincinnati Reds roster, Vinson is a seasoned professional of multiple talents. He most recently served as the chief sales officer for Kroll Factual Data Corp. in Fort Collins, Colorado. Prior to joining Factual Data Corp., Mr. Vinson served as President and CEO of Nova Systems/CyberStuff Corporation in Richmond, Virginia, where he was awarded "Best New Product" at the Comdex event in 1997, considered the largest computer exposition in the world at the time, and was named a finalist for Ernst and Young's "Entrepreneur of the Year." Vinson played professional baseball for the Cincinnati Reds in 1974 and 1975.
