Benz Communications Hires Carol Vickers as Managing Director

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - Jun 26, 2014) - Benz Communications today announced the hire of veteran employee benefits consultant Carol Vickers as Managing Director; a new position. Benz Communications is a leading HR and benefits communication strategy firm.

Carol, most recently a Partner at Aon Hewitt, will lead Benz Communications' talent management and strategic communications initiatives. Specifically, Carol will structure Benz Communications' internal client service teams to ensure delivery of inspired, innovative and high-quality work to all Benz Communications' clients. Additionally, Carol will facilitate the creation and implementation of communication strategies, technologies and campaigns in support of the firm's twin goals of sustaining long-term client relationships and its financial performance.

Carol brings more than 20 years of experience working with large employers in strategic roles at Aon Hewitt and Ingres. At Aon Hewitt (formerly Hewitt Associates), Carol led many of the firm's most senior and complex client relationships. As co-lead on the firm's largest communication client, Carol worked on campaigns across the full spectrum of employee health and wellness. Additionally, she was a participant in the global leadership team responsible for the firm's client engagement and business growth. During her tenure at Aon Hewitt, Carol was recognized as an exceptional mentor and talent manager who helped team members enhance their skills, build their reputation, and become highly motivated professionals.
