"We knew at some point we would need to change the name to better reflect the company we are becoming in quick order. "Fashion" exemplifies our foray into developing proprietary brand and distributing it on a global basis. "Technologies" since we are exploring some areas of opportunity that could also land us in the textile business if the negotiations are successful.
The thrust of the Company will be apparel for the time being and in conjunction with this we are exploring a restructuring of the Company that may help increase shareholder value ultimately by separating certain operations of the Company from one another.
