OAKLAND PARK, Fla., July 13, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Veterinarian Dr. Spencer Ratnoff announced that two new technicians have joined Oakland Park Animal Hospital. Technicians Tiffany and Christina have more than a combined decade of experience caring for animals at veterinary hospitals. Tiffany will serve as both a veterinary technician and receptionist. Christina will work as a veterinarian technician assistant and assist with kennel care. According to Dr. Ratnoff, the two technicians are the perfect addition to the animal hospital because they are both extremely passionate about pet care and customer service.
Oakland Park Animal Hospital is expanding its pet care team. The animal hospital announced that two new veterinary technicians have joined the staff: Tiffany and Christina. The technicians will assist with veterinary services at the animal hospital. They join veterinarian Dr. Spencer Ratnoff, office manager and groomer Kelly, and veterinarian technician Vicki.
Tiffany first began working in the animal field in 2006, where she began with kennel work at the Academy Animal Hospital. She looks forward to one day owning her own animal hospital.
"I am extremely passionate about caring for animals, and I love seeing the difference that I can make in the lives of pets each day," said Tiffany. "Our pets bring so much happiness into our own lives; being able to care for them and keep them healthy is extremely rewarding."
Christina will serve as a kennel staff member as well as a veterinarian technician assistant. Born and raised in South Florida, Christina received her Associates degree in Arts from Broward County College. When not caring for animals, she loves reading books, watching TV, and listening to music.
"I am excited to be part of the Oakland Park Animal Hospital team and continue the hospital's long tradition of quality service and care for our community," said Christina. "I look forward to getting to know all the pets and their owners."
Hospital staff members say that both Tiffany and Christina's love for animals is evident every day from their cheerful attitudes.
