(OTCBB: "BIEI") a biopharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing innovative treatment therapies for cancer, traumatic brain injury, Alzheimer's disease, and other afflictions announced today that it has retained the investor relations firm Porter, LeVay and Rose to represent it and to implement its communications strategies.
