SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Aug. 4, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ProVision Communications, a technology services firm, announced today they have reached an agreement to acquire a 100 percent interest in Phoenix, Arizona-based 360 Networx. The combined entity will be renamed Provision Networks.
