FORT WORTH, Texas, Aug. 19, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- UMED Holdings Inc., through its wholly-owned subsidiary Greenway Innovative Energy, Inc. (Greenway), provider of patented, mobile Gas-to-Liquids,(GTL) technology has entered into an exclusive agreement with a large multinational company for the technology to develop small-scale synthetic gas plants for its GTL Conversion Unit which converts natural gas into clean synthetic fuels.
The small scale synthetic gas plant, utilizing proprietary technology developed by the company and Greenway, will be a key component in the success of the GTL Conversion Units. These plants will be developed to create optimal synthetic gas to be converted in the Fischer-Tropsch reactor portion of the process, which will maximize output and yield of synthetic diesel and jet fuel. " Greenway will also exclusively purchase from the company certain gases required in the conversion process.
