Issue of Equity
The Directors of Downing THREE VCT plc announce an allotment on 4 November 2014 of H shares of 0.1p each ("H Shares") pursuant to the Offer for Subscription that opened on 18 December 2013 ("Offer") as follows:
515,610 H Shares at an average price of 105.39p
Application for the H Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities will be made shortly. Dealings are expected to commence on or around 7 November 2014.
The 2014/2015 Offer is now closed.
Following this allotment, the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is as follows:
