In his new role, Mr. Brower will be responsible for leading strategic finance and operations functions reporting to Michael York, Chief Executive Officer, and will be a key member of the Sente, Inc. executive management team.

Michael has over 25 years of experience in senior financial and operational roles primarily in the consumer products markets. Most recently, Michael served as Chief Financial and Operations Officer at LifeSaver, a San Diego based company developing innovative and patent pending saliva diagnostic testing. Prior to LifeSaver, he served as Chief Financial and Operations Officer at Gunar Optiks, a leader in computer technology eyewear and was recognized as one of San Diego's 100 fastest growing private companies. Additionally, he served on the executive team at leading brands Spy Optic and Odyssey Golf, where he played a key role in each of their successful exits. Earlier in his career he was a staff accountant with KPMG LLP where he earned his CPA license. He received a Bachelor Degree from Chico State, and earned an MBA from the University of San Diego.
