The Board of DXS International plc ("the Company") was informed on the 21st November that on 10th November 2014 Richard Gathercole purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the market at 15.5p per share. Following this transaction Mr Gathercole is now beneficially interested in 1,016,667 ordinary shares in the Company representing 3.09 per cent of the total shares in issue.
The total number of shares currently in issue is 32,916,416 ordinary shares. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
