Autoliv sets date for shareholder AGM


(Stockholm, December 10, 2014) – – – Autoliv, Inc. (NYSE: ALV, and SSE: ALIV
sdb), has set Tuesday May 5, 2015 as the date for its annual meeting of
shareholders to be held in Chicago, IL, USA. Only the shareholders of record at
the close of business on March 9, 2015 will be entitled to be present and vote
at the meeting. Notice of the annual meeting will be mailed to the holders of
record in late March 2015.
