Kristick will lead a growth plan focused on evolving and accelerating Meridian's learning solutions to meet the needs of its large and diverse customer base that demands flexibility and choice to drive strategic decision-making.
Kristick comes to Meridian from Oracle, where he most recently served as vice president of the HCM Business Unit. At Oracle, Jeff spearheaded the development of Oracle's HCM advanced learning offerings and focused on aligning operations while executing global sales and marketing strategies. Prior to Oracle, Kristick held various executive and senior leadership positions at SuccessFactors, an SAP Company, where he was responsible for delivering superior end-to-end HCM solutions for customers while expanding the company's cloud business. At Meridian, Kristick will spearhead the development of advanced learning offerings. His success in aligning operations and executing global sales and marketing strategies, combined with his product development expertise, industry perspective, and deep understanding of what drives customer success will prove invaluable.

The hiring of Kristick comes on the heels of the company also hiring Stacy Sakellariou as its vice president of marketing. Sakellariou most recently served as vice president of worldwide field marketing for SumTotal Systems, a Skillsoft company, while prior to that holding marketing leadership roles with Plateau Systems, now SuccessFactors, an SAP Company.
Kristick brings over 15 years of experience in global small and large technology organizations. He began his software career at Siebel Systems and Tibco, where he played leadership roles in the deployment of numerous product development, go-to-market, and customer satisfaction initiatives. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management and earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
