Dalfen America Corp. ("DAC"), a leading owner and operator of industrial real estate, announced today the acquisition of a two building 97,000 square foot Industrial Park in Charlotte, NC through Ashrei II, the firm's opportunistic industrial fund.
The Industrial Park is located in the South Industrial submarket and provides easy access to Interstate 77, Charlotte's main industrial thoroughfare. The two buildings feature classic Charlotte brick exterior, 18'-22' foot clear ceiling heights, concrete truck courts and dock-level loading.
Tenants in the park include national companies such as World Pac, Autosupply and Mayesh Wholesale Florist. Upon signature of the purchase agreement, the park was 86% occupied. During due diligence, DAC successfully negotiated a lease with Mayesh Wholesale Florist, bringing the park's overall occupancy to 100% at closing.
