CHARLOTTE, NC--(Marketwired - Feb 10, 2015) - BACE, a global manufacturer of balers and compactors for the recycling and waste-disposal industries, has hired Stephanie Braun-Hanks for the newly created position, Office Administrator, Human Resources. Ms. Hanks will be responsible for all human-resources activities as well as for managing the administrative office functions.
"Our bringing Stephanie aboard is a measure of our growth and success," said Fred Waite, Chairman of BACE. "We've been hiring new people to keep up with manufacturing and customer-service demands. And the increased activity has created new administrative responsibilities. We hired Stephanie, specifically, because she has the personality and the ability to help us walk the line between the personal touch we want and the organizational structure we need."
Ms. Hanks is a graduate of UNC Charlotte with a B.S. in Social Work. A staunch advocate for underprivileged children, she's working on the GM Children's Home Project in Uganda and intends to start a non-profit for this project and ministry in the future (www.gofundme.com/gmchildrenshome). She's been part of the Children's Impact Network's International Missions to Bolivian orphanages in Cochabamba. And she's worked with Orphans To Ambassadors in Rwanda, Cameroon, Uganda, and Tanzania.

And with the Hope Based Ministry, she participates in weekly feeding of the homeless in uptown Charlotte.
"Joining BACE is a perfect opportunity to apply the people skills I've acquired all over the world," said Ms. Hanks.
