TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - February 19, 2015) - Ross' Gold™, a division of Green and Hill Industries Inc. (OTC PINK: GHIL) (the "Company"), today announced that it will be launching the Ross' Gold G MIST Vapor Pen as part of its licensing agreement with Canna Products USA (CP USA). 

The Ross' Gold™ G MIST vapor pen is to be the world's first non-nicotine, plant based vapor oil with full spectrum cannabinoids and hemp CBD (Cannabidiol). The G MIST kit is will feature the discrete G MIST pen, terpenizer, USB charger and 2 grams of vapor oil.

The Ross' Gold™ kits will come in both blueberry and fruit punch flavors, with added CBD (Cannabidiol). CP USA will also be releasing G MIST terpenoid replacement cartridges containing the essential cannabinoids that are contained in medical cannabis, but without any traceable THC. The unique blend of terpene oils are infused with refined decarb/CO2 extracted industrial hemp CBD (Cannabidiol) oil to provide the health enthusiast with the fullest spectrum of cannabinoids in the industry.
