Canstruction® Calgary is a competition using canned food and other non-perishable items as building blocks. Teams create structures, which are judged locally and exhibited internationally and then de-canstructed, with all food going to the Calgary Food Bank. In its nine years, Canstruction® Calgary has used then donated over 300,000 pounds of food. This year's structures will be on display at Southcentre Mall until March 26.
