On 26 March 2015, the Council of AS „TRASTA KOMERCBANKA” elected and approved the new Board of the Bank.
Five acting members of the Board will continue their work. Besides, a new member of the Board - Jeļena Ignatjeva was elected. According to the Article of Association of the Bank, Board members are elected for a period of three years.
The new member of the Board Jeļena Ignatjeva joined the team of AS “TRASTA KOMERCBANKA” in 2013 as the head of Strategy Implementation Department. She has a great experience in banking sphere obtained in Latvia and abroad. J.Ignatjeva will manage the Executive Directorate.
Now the Board of the Bank consists of six acting members: Chairman of the Board Gundars Grieze, member of the Board and Risk Director Māris Fogelis, member of the Board Viktors Ziemelis, member of the Board and Chief Accountant Svetlana Krasovska, member of the Board Edgars Diure and member of the Board Jeļena Ignatjeva.
