The 10th Annual Awards Ceremony and Luncheon honoring top women-led businesses in Florida took place on April 2, 2015 at the Hilton Downtown Miami. The awards were determined based on the results of a survey distributed by The Commonwealth Institute to roughly 5,000 women representing businesses all over Florida. The survey included business results, as well as questions related to 'what sets women apart as leaders' and 'personal leadership journeys.' Edgewater Ranzal has been ranked the fifth largest woman-led business in Florida for two consecutive years, and has ranked in the top ten in each of the last four years.
Robin Ranzal-Knowles founded Ranzal & Associates in 1996 and grew the organization into a premier enterprise performance management consulting firm.
