The Corporation is progressing on satisfying the requirements of the Autorité des Marches Financiers (AMF) which will permit the pending name change from Dragon Polymers, Inc. to Hitec Corp, with FINRA so that it reflected on the OTC Markets. The name change was approved by the State of Nevada as of November 4, 2014. Further, the Corporation's sister company, privately held Hitec LLC, is in a due diligence period with a funding group to provide Hitec LLC with debt funding to a maximum of approximately 27 million dollars.
