Diane Briere de l'Isle, the wife of Henry Engelhardt, Chief Executive Officer of Admiral Group plc, has today transferred, at nil cost, 1,300,000 0.1p Ordinary shares in Admiral Group plc, representing 0.46% of Admiral Group plc's issued share capital, to the Moondance Foundation, a charitable foundation of which both Diane Briere de l'Isle and Henry Engelhardt are trustees.
Following this transfer, Diane Briere de l'Isle and Henry Engelhardt hold 32,705,472 0.1p Ordinary shares in Admiral Group plc representing 11.7% of the issued share capital.
