VIP Hires Nationally-Known Public Sector Guru Sean DuGuay

ALEXANDRIA, VA--(Marketwired - Apr 13, 2015) - Visionary Integration Professionals (VIP), a leading provider of technology solutions that drive enterprise performance, continues to expand its elite leadership team by hiring public sector guru Sean DuGuay as executive vice president of business development.

The hiring of DuGuay follows the appointment of Jeff Kristick as the president of VIP's wholly-owned subsidiary, Meridian Knowledge Solutions, and the election of industry veterans Monte E. Ford and Keith Trippie to the Board of Directors.

DuGuay, based out of VIP's public sector headquarters in Virginia, will lead the go-to-market strategy to grow and expand VIP's civilian, defense, intelligence, and state and local government markets.

DuGuay is no stranger to VIP, having worked as a partner under CGI, where he helped leverage and sell VIP's Enterprise Talent Management System (ETMS) to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

Prior to joining VIP, DuGuay served in numerous business development and leadership roles at companies such as CGI, Ciber, LRN, and as a principal for a multi-million dollar commercial company that was acquired by Ajilon Consulting in the early 2000s.

DuGuay is an avid student of his craft who actively participates in a host of training seminars and continuing education classes. He's also a former U.S. Marine of more than 10 years where he trained as a Special Agent, Criminal Investigation Division (CID).
