In a twist on traditional ribbon cutting ceremonies, LYFE Kitchen restaurant team invites the community to join its Sproutcutting Ceremony, farmers market, and tasting event on Wednesday, April 22 at 6:30 p.m. at LYFE Kitchen West Hollywood.
Following the Sproutcutting, LYFE Kitchen CEO Chance Carlisle and the restaurant team will honor LYFE Kitchen Executive Chef Art Smith for his tireless work to provide great tasting, good for you food, which is the heart of LYFE Kitchen's innovative, unique menu.

Every dish on the LYFE Kitchen menu features locally-sourced ingredients wherever possible. In southern California, LYFE Kitchen purchases a variety of exclusively fresh, local fruits, vegetables herbs and spices. Local farmers provide LYFE Kitchen with beets, Brussels sprouts, whole garlic, yellow onion, frisee lettuce, and butternut squash among others. In addition, LYFE Kitchen has local winery partners located in Santa Barbara County: Au Bon Climat Winery for its Pinot Noir, Beckman Winery for its LeBec Rhone Blend, Simi for its Sauvignon Blanc, and Sanford Winery for its Chardonnay. Each menu item contains less than 600 calories and 1,000 milligrams of sodium. The menu caters to individual dining philosophies, desires, and tastes for everyone in the family.
