Alliance BioEnergy Plus, Inc. Announces Completion of Construction of Its Commercial Scale CTS Demonstration Plant

LONGWOOD, Fla., April 30, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Alliance BioEnergy Plus, Inc. (OTCQB:ALLM) (the "Company") announced today that it has completed the construction of its commercial scale CTS demonstration plant and research laboratories at its subsidiary Central Florida Institute of Science and Technology, Inc. ("CFIST"). Located in Longwood, Florida (a suburb of Orlando), and under the direction CTS inventor Dr. Richard Blair, CFIST will immediately begin optimizing the commercial scale CTS line. The Company has several sub-licensees under MOU ready to convert to active sub-licenses once the optimization is complete, which is anticipated to be by the middle of May 2015.

In addition to the CTS demonstration line CFIST will explore alternate pathways for the CTS process (bio plastics, fine chemicals, pure lignin based products) while conducting QC for licensees and outside analytics for Universities and tech companies. Under the direction of Dr. Peter Cohen this world-class laboratory will be the backbone of the Company's QC and product testing activities.   "We have more analytical capabilities than most any University in the State and the ability to process a wider variety of materials," said Director of Analytics Dr. Peter Cohen.
