PLS, Inc. Acquires Followon, the Leading Capital Markets Database Rebrands as Capitalize

HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwired - May 06, 2015) - PLS, Inc. announced today the successful acquisition of Followon, which has been rebranded as "Capitalize," the most comprehensive capital markets analytics platform for bankers and finance executives in the oil and gas industry. The product was created by founder, Basel AlBarzanji who was later joined by cofounder Stephen Huey.

Since its inception the product has provided industry executives and bankers transparency on all associated fees related to bank lending and capital markets. The product is an easy-to-use platform with functionality that is vastly superior to other financial tracking products. The platform collects capital markets information in a structured application allowing users to analyze and manage banking and client relationships. Additionally, the platform provides subscribers with accurate, current insights on bank activity in lending, equity offerings and bond offerings.
