Rejlers is acquiring Caruna's project monitoring business

Rejlers is acquiring the distribution company, Caruna's, project monitoring
business in Finland with 26 employees today. The acquisition will be completed
on 1 September 2015.
The business Rejlers is acquiring includes services for project monitoring,
inspection, overhaul, quality control as well as safety and environmental
coordination for all of Caruna's network areas.
At the same time, Rejlers has signed an agreement with Caruna regarding the
procurement of project monitoring services. The agreement is valid for three
years.
