Completion of capital reduction in William Demant Holding A/S
As stated in company announcement no. 2015-05, William Demant Holding A/S’ ordinary general meeting on 9 April 2015 decided to reduce the Company’s share capital by nominally DKK 2,236,403 of the Company’s holding of own shares.
The capital reduction was published in the electronic information system of the Danish Business Authority on 21 April 2015.
The advertisement period expired without any objections being raised.
Consequently, we will notify the Danish Business Authority of the capital reduction today.
After the capital reduction, the share capital of William Demant Holding A/S amounts to DKK 54,425,235.
