Générale de Santé enters into exclusive negotiations in view of acquiring the control of Hôpital Privé Métropole group
Générale de Santé announces that it has entered into exclusive negotiations with Hôpital Privé Métropole group (HPM) in view of acquiring the control of HPM group, which operates 9 care facilities in Lille metropolis.
Through this project, Générale de Santé would strengthen its healthcare provision throughout the territory of Health of the Lille area.
