ALBUQUERQUE, NM--(Marketwired - Jun 18, 2015) - Alorica, a worldwide leading provider of customer management outsourcing solutions, today announced its plans to hire 200 customer service jobs at its facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The Company's new contact center location will have the capacity for 800 employees, making Alorica one of the largest employers in the city.
At the onset, the majority of hiring will be done in the area of bilingual customer care, with an emphasis on the English and Spanish languages. In addition, Alorica will look to fill operations, supervisory and managerial positions.

Albuquerque's large military presence was also a factor in the new site selection. The latest office opening strategically aligns with the Company's AloriCares employment initiative to support military and service-disabled veterans and their spouses.

The Albuquerque contact center will initially work with a media company customer. Alorica plans to fill another 100 jobs in Q4 of this year when a second customer in the pharmacy industry is added. As Alorica continues to bring new clients to the Albuquerque facility, an additional 500 openings will become available.
