OTTAWA, ON--(Marketwired - June 22, 2015) - William Meyer has joined the staff of the Canadian Renewable Fuels Association (CRFA) as the Manager, Communications and Stakeholder Relations, effective June 15, 2015.
In his role, Mr. Meyer leads CRFA communications, helping raise awareness and promoting the benefits of clean-burning renewable fuels in Canada. He will liaise directly with CRFA stakeholders and the media, and help to inform the public about the important work CRFA's members are doing across the country.

Mr. Meyer holds a bachelor's degree in mass communications with a minor in law from Carleton University, and a diploma in public relations from Algonquin College. He has served as Practice Lead, Communications and as Manager, Communications for Engineers Canada, and held various communications and writer positions at the North-South Institute, the Canadian Coast Guard and the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat's Climate Change Project Office.
