Dr. Prensky brings strong business experience, having worked with large and small companies across industries including healthcare, higher education, social media, and the non-profit sector. His areas of expertise include organizational development, leadership development, and executive coaching.

Prior to joining RHR, Eric enjoyed success with the University of Illinois Medical Center, Argosy University, Dilan Consulting as well as with his own consulting firm. Eric’s achievements include measurable improvement for individual, team, and organizational performance for each of his clients.
Eric received his doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Texas Tech University. He holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology from Skidmore College in NY and an Organizational Leadership Certificate from Argosy University in San Francisco.
