STATS ChipPAC Announces Cessation of Chief Financial Officer as Well as General Counsel and Company Secretary

SINGAPORE--26 JUNE 2015, UNITED STATES--(Marketwired - Jun 25, 2015) - STATS ChipPAC Ltd. ("STATS ChipPAC" or the "Company") (SGX-ST: STATSChP) (SGX: S24), a leading provider of advanced semiconductor packaging and test services, announced today that Mr. Dennis Chia Choon Hwee will cease to act as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, with effect from 3 July 2015 and Ms. Janet T. Taylor will cease to act as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Company Secretary, with effect from 30 June 2015.

The Company has identified a permanent replacement for the position of Chief Financial Officer and will make an announcement upon change in control of the Company pursuant to the proposed offer by JCET-SC (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. to acquire all of the issued and paid-up ordinary shares in the capital of the Company.

Ms. Elaine Sin Mei Lin, Senior Director, Corporate Legal, will take over the duties and responsibilities relating to the legal and compliance functions and will be appointed as the Company Secretary with effect from 30 June 2015.
