| NEXITY SELLS ITS STAKE IN CILOGER TO LA BANQUE POSTALE |

As announced in the press release dated 9 April 2015, and following the satisfaction of conditions precedent, Nexity today completed the sale of its 45% stake in Ciloger to La Banque Postale.
The sale of this non-strategic asset, which will have no significant impact on Nexity's 2015 financial statements, is effective starting on 1 July 2015.
