Low VA Rates Plans Major Independence Day Ceremony in Utah; Will This Become a Tradition?

PLEASANT GROVE, Utah, July 1, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- As people across the country are excitedly making plans of what to do with their three-day holiday weekend, Low VA Rates is working hard to iron out the details of their special tribute to our Country that is going to take place at 7:00 am on Saturday, July 4th. The tribute will consist of a sunrise flag ceremony, a cannon blast, the National Anthem, a few words from local veterans, and a balloon release. The sunrise flag ceremony promises to be especially spectacular, and will be done using 700 feet of steel cable spanning an entire canyon to secure a sixty-foot American flag. Low VA Rates is also working on including skydivers in the presentation and using a helicopter to record video of the event. 

While many people wish to commemorate Independence Day, they aren't sure what else beyond fireworks and barbecues are good ways to do so. This sunrise ceremony will be a powerful way to stir up your own patriotic feelings and those of your family and increase your gratitude and appreciation for those who have sacrificed so much for our freedom. Lance Hansen, a spokesperson for Low VA Rates, explained why they decided to begin this tradition:
