CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - July 15, 2015) - Gibson Energy Inc. ("Gibson" or the "Company"), (TSX:GEI), announced today that Donald A. Fowlis, Chief Financial Officer, has informed the Company of his intent to retire in the first half of 2016, completing a 23 year career with the Company. The Company has initiated a formal process to identify a new Chief Financial Officer and Mr. Fowlis will remain in his current role in order to provide an orderly transition.
