(NASDAQ: CBLI) today announced that on July 15, 2015, the Company received a letter from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC stating that the Company has regained compliance with Listing Rule 5550(b)(1), which requires maintenance of a minimum of $2.5 million stockholders' equity in order to remain listed on The Nasdaq Capital Market.
